Lodging House Business Licence Application Form

All lodging houses in the City of Port Colborne must be licensed annually (By-Law No. 4323/159/02).

Please complete this form to apply for a lodging house licence in the City of Port Colborne.

Upon submission, a response will be sent back to you confirming that we have received your application. Once your application has been paid for and approved, you will receive your business licence by mail. 

Payment may be made by cash, debit, credit or cheque (made payable to the City of Port Colborne). There is a 2.4% service fee for payment made by credit card (an additional $0.12-$0.60 for this licence).

Application Fees:

Beds for 1-10 persons - $5.00

Beds for 11-25 persons - $15.00

Beds for 26 or more persons - $25.00
